Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 588/2025 dated 10.01.2025 about false accusation of physical abuse during pregnancy.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Vikram Singh, son of Mr. Ramesh Singh, resident of Flat No. 703, Block A, Shastri Nagar, Delhi – 110052, was falsely accused by my wife Mrs. Kavita Singh of physically assaulting her during her pregnancy. Complaint No. 588/2025 was filed on 10th January 2025 at CAW Cell Shastri Nagar.

The complaint included fabricated medical reports from a private clinic in Shastri Nagar dated 09.01.2025. Despite submitting my medical proof, video footage, and witness statements on 12.01.2025, IO W/SI Meena Verma has not verified any evidence and is delaying investigation unfairly.

On 20.01.2025, I requested certified copies of complaint records, medical reports, and statements, but the IO repeatedly deferred my request without written reasons. The inaction is causing severe reputational and emotional damage.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 588/2025 dated 10.01.2025 along with all annexures submitted by Mrs. Kavita Singh.
2. Certified copy of my written submissions and evidence dated 12.01.2025.
3. Certified copy of IO diary entries maintained by W/SI Meena Verma between 10.01.2025 and 25.01.2025.
4. Certified copy of statements recorded of complainant, family members, and medical staff.
5. Certified copy of SHO Shastri Nagar’s remarks regarding FIR registration.
6. Certified copy of ACP North District’s directions, if any, regarding this complaint.
7. Number of matrimonial complaints filed at CAW Cell Shastri Nagar in 2025 till January concerning physical abuse during pregnancy, and FIR registration statistics.
8. Certified copy of vigilance/disciplinary complaints against IOs of CAW Cell Shastri Nagar in 2024–2025.
