Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 98/2025 dated 14.02.2025 about illegal construction on government land at Block 13, Kalyan Puri.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Pradeep Sharma, son of Late Mr. Mahesh Sharma, resident of Flat No. 204, Pocket C, Mayur Vihar Phase-2, Delhi – 110091, lodged Complaint No. 98/2025 on 14th February 2025 at PS Kalyan Puri regarding large-scale illegal construction on government land near Block 13, Kalyan Puri by Mr. Vinod Yadav and his associates.

Despite repeated complaints and photographs submitted to IO SI Manoj Tyagi, no FIR has been registered. Instead, construction of permanent structures, including shops and a warehouse, is continuing openly. Local residents confirm regular visits by police officials who ignore the encroachment.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 98/2025 dated 14.02.2025 along with annexures (photographs, written statements).
2. Certified copy of GD (General Diary) entries made on 14.02.2025 and subsequent dates regarding my complaint.
3. Certified copy of IO diary entries maintained by SI Manoj Tyagi regarding inspection of Block 13, Kalyan Puri.
4. Certified copy of SHO Kalyan Puri’s remarks or file noting regarding registration of FIR.
5. Certified copy of any correspondence between PS Kalyan Puri and ACP East District regarding this complaint.
6. Certified copy of demolition or encroachment removal reports, if any, filed by PS Kalyan Puri.
7. Number of property-related complaints at PS Kalyan Puri in 2024–2025 till February 2025 concerning encroachment or illegal construction on government land, and FIRs registered.
8. Certified copy of vigilance/disciplinary complaints against officers of PS Kalyan Puri in 2024–2025 for inaction in property matters.
