Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding fraudulent partition of family property, illegal adverse possession by relatives, collusion of property dealers and misuse of legal process to deprive me and my widowed mother of rightful ownership.

Background:
I, Mr. Rakesh Kumar, am the only unmarried son of Late Shri Baldev Kumar (retired government servant). My widowed mother, Mrs. Kamlesh Devi, is a senior citizen and dependent on me. After my father’s death in January 2024, my uncles and cousins, with the active support of local property dealers and their advocate friends, fabricated documents claiming ownership of our house situated at B-54, Green Park Extension, New Delhi. They have attempted to take possession of our portion by creating false partition deeds and also filed cases based on adverse possession. They misled police and even filed false cross-cases to harass us. Despite repeated complaints, no genuine investigation has been carried out. I therefore seek the following information under the RTI Act, 2005.

Information Sought:

  1. Certified copy of complaints filed by me at PS Hauz Khas on 05.02.2024, 15.06.2024, and 21.08.2025 regarding illegal possession attempts by my relatives.
  2. Certified copy of DD entry numbers of all above complaints.
  3. Certified copy of action taken report on complaint dated 05.02.2024.
  4. Certified copy of SHO’s report submitted to ACP Hauz Khas on 21.08.2025.
  5. Certified copy of site inspection report prepared by IO at my house B-54, Green Park Extension.
  6. Certified copy of photographs taken by police during site visit.
  7. Certified copy of statements of neighbors recorded during police inquiry.
  8. Certified copy of FIR (if registered) on my complaints of trespass/forgery.
  9. Certified copy of reasons recorded for not registering FIR despite clear evidence.
  10. Certified copy of any closure report filed by police in this matter.
