Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding false dowry (498A/406 IPC) and DV Act cases filed by wife, misuse of law in collusion with police, and custody of property/stridhan documents.

Background:
I, Mr. Anuj Sharma, was married to Mrs. Pooja Sharma on 05.12.2020. Due to matrimonial disputes, she left my home in July 2023 and, with the help of her relatives and a local advocate, filed multiple false cases under IPC 498A/406 and the Domestic Violence Act. Despite there being no dowry demand, false allegations have been levelled, and my aged parents (both senior citizens and retired government employees) have been unnecessarily dragged into litigation. Further, important property ownership papers and household items have been taken away by my wife, which are now under dispute. I seek the following certified information under the RTI Act, 2005.

Information Sought:

  1. Certified copy of FIR registered at PS Patel Nagar against me and my family under IPC 498A/406.
  2. Certified copy of all statements recorded under Section 161 CrPC in said case.
  3. Certified copy of complainant’s dowry list (istridhan list) submitted with complaint.
  4. Certified copy of police verification report of that dowry list.
  5. Certified copy of receipts/bills collected from complainant in support of dowry list.
  6. Certified copy of police seizure memo of istridhan articles, if seized.
  7. Certified copy of list of household items claimed by complainant as istridhan but belonging to my parents.
  8. Certified copy of inquiry report by IO on istridhan ownership verification.
  9. Certified copy of inquiry report by SHO on false dowry claims.
  10. Certified copy of CAW Cell mediation proceedings record between me and my wife.

  64. Certified copy of circulars issued to protect government servants falsely implicated in matrimonial cases.
