Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding fraudulent GPA sale and illegal leasehold-to-freehold conversion of family property in Rajouri Garden, West Delhi, by relatives in collusion with property dealers and advocates.
Background:
I, Mr. Sandeep Malhotra, am the only surviving unmarried son of Late Sh. Vijay Malhotra (retired government officer) and Late Smt. Sunita Malhotra. After their demise in 2024, my paternal uncles and their property dealer friends have illegally executed a fraudulent GPA (General Power of Attorney) for our leasehold ancestral property located at C-95, Rajouri Garden Extension, New Delhi. They have attempted to convert the property into freehold with the help of a property dealer and an advocate, without my consent as the sole surviving legal heir. Several false civil and criminal cases have also been initiated to pressurize me into relinquishing my rights. I seek the following information under RTI Act, 2005.
Information Sought:
- Certified copy of any registered GPA concerning property no. C-95, Rajouri Garden Extension, New Delhi, between 01.01.2024 and 30.09.2025.
- Certified copy of all sale agreements executed in relation to said property.
- Certified copy of mutation file relating to property no. C-95, Rajouri Garden Extension.
- Certified copy of application for conversion from leasehold to freehold in respect of said property.
- Certified copy of NOC submitted for leasehold-to-freehold conversion.
- Certified copy of lease deed of property no. C-95, Rajouri Garden, as available with DDA.
