Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding false dowry harassment and domestic violence allegations filed by wife against husband and in-laws in PS Lajpat Nagar and CAW Cell Amar Colony (2025).

Background:
I, Mr. Raghav Khurana, was married to Ms. Shalini Batra on 17 February 2024 at a banquet hall in Greater Kailash. Within a few months, due to her aggressive behavior and continuous demands, disputes arose. On 10 March 2025, my wife lodged false complaints at PS Lajpat Nagar and CAW Cell Amar Colony alleging dowry harassment, domestic violence, and threats. These complaints falsely implicated me, my retired father (Mr. Mohan Khurana), my mother (Mrs. Veena Khurana), my elder brother (NRI, residing in Canada), and even my bhabhi (housewife in Delhi). We seek the following information under RTI Act, 2005.

Information Sought:

  1. Certified copy of complaint lodged by Ms. Shalini Batra at PS Lajpat Nagar dated 10.03.2025.
  2. Certified copy of complaint lodged at CAW Cell Amar Colony by same complainant.
  3. Certified copy of GD/DD entries of both complaints.
  4. Certified copy of FIR registered in this case, if any.
  5. If FIR not registered, provide certified reasons in writing from SHO/IO.
  6. Certified copy of IO appointed to investigate both complaints.
  7. Certified copy of preliminary enquiry report prepared by IO at PS Lajpat Nagar.
  8. Certified copy of IO noting on whether complainant submitted any medical documents.
  9. Certified copy of medical examination reports (if any) filed by complainant.
  10. Certified copy of MLC (Medico Legal Certificate) prepared by any hospital.

Relief Sought:
