Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding HUF property disputes, fraudulent claims by relatives, adverse possession attempts, and legal entanglements in East Patel Nagar, Central Delhi (2025).

Background:
I am the unmarried major son of Mr. Rajesh Mehra (retired government officer) and Mrs. Sunita Mehra (retired government employee). The joint HUF property situated at Mehra Apartments, East Patel Nagar, is being fraudulently claimed by my paternal uncle Mr. Vinod Mehra and his business associates, along with certain advocates and property dealers misleading me into filing false cases. Despite repeated complaints to PS East Patel Nagar, SDM, and Revenue authorities, no proper action has been taken. I seek the following information under RTI Act, 2005.

Information Sought:

1. Certified copy of complaint dated 12.05.2025 lodged at PS East Patel Nagar regarding fraudulent partition and property grabbing by uncle and associates.
2. Certified copy of GD/DD entry corresponding to the complaint.
3. Certified copy of FIR registered in this matter, if any.
4. If FIR not registered, provide certified reasons in writing from IO/SHO.
5. Certified copy of IO assigned for investigation with designation and contact details.
6. Certified copy of preliminary enquiry report by IO.
7. Certified copy of my statement recorded at PS East Patel Nagar.
8. Certified copy of statements of my father and mother regarding ownership verification.
9. Certified copy of statements of other HUF members (if any) recorded by police.
