Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding false harassment/molestation allegations filed by Mrs. Lisa Thompson (NRI tenant’s wife) and biased action by PS Dwarka in 2025.

Background:
I am the owner of D-102, Sector-10, Dwarka, New Delhi. In September 2025, Mrs. Lisa Thompson, wife of an NRI tenant residing in my property, filed false harassment and molestation allegations against me and my family (father, brother, married sister-in-law). PS Dwarka officers acted in a biased manner, causing harassment and mental stress. I request the following information under RTI Act, 2005.

Information Sought:

1. Certified copy of complaint dated 20.09.2025 filed by Mrs. Lisa Thompson.
2. Certified copy of GD/DD entry corresponding to the complaint at PS Dwarka.
3. Certified copy of FIR registered under IPC Sections 354/506/509, if any.
