Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding illegal commercial construction, forged NOCs, and police/authority inaction at Vasant Kunj, South Delhi in 2025.

Background:
I am the registered owner of Plot No. VK-112, Vasant Kunj, South Delhi. Since May 2025, unauthorized parties attempted illegal commercial construction on my property using forged NOCs. Despite repeated complaints to PS Vasant Kunj and DDA/Revenue authorities, no action has been taken. I seek the following information under RTI Act, 2005.

Information Sought:

1. Certified copy of complaint dated 20.05.2025 lodged at PS Vasant Kunj regarding illegal construction and forged NOCs.
2. Certified copy of GD/DD entry corresponding to the complaint.
3. Certified copy of FIR registered in this matter, if any.
4. If FIR not registered, provide certified reasons in writing from IO/SHO.
5. Certified copy of IO assigned for investigation with designation and contact details.
6. Certified copy of preliminary enquiry report by IO.
7. Certified copy of statements of alleged illegal constructors recorded by police.
8. Certified copy of my statement recorded at PS Vasant Kunj.
9. Certified copy of statements of my father, brother, and other family members regarding ownership verification.
