Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding multiple false complaints, blackmail attempts, dowry harassment allegations, and actions taken by CAW Cell Lajpat Nagar and PS Defence Colony between Jan 2024 – June 2025 against me and my family.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Sameer Arora, son of Mr. R.K. Arora, resident of House No. 22, Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi – 110024, seek certified information regarding **multiple false matrimonial complaints, blackmail attempts, and dowry harassment allegations** lodged against me and my family members by my wife Mrs. Pooja Arora, her brother Mr. Vikas Sharma, and her sister-in-law Mrs. Shilpa Sharma between Jan 2024 – June 2025.

The complaints include:

• False allegations under IPC 498A and Dowry Prohibition Act.
• Alleged molestation complaints under POCSO (completely fabricated) filed in May 2025.
• Blackmail attempts and extortion through threats to me, my father Mr. R.K. Arora, my brother Mr. Akshay Arora, and married sister Mrs. Priya Verma residing in South Delhi.
• Misrepresentation of facts and submission of forged evidence to CAW Cell Lajpat Nagar.

In view of the above, I request certified information on the following points under RTI Act, 2005:

1. Certified copies of all complaints filed by Mrs. Pooja Arora, her brother, or sister-in-law at CAW Cell Lajpat Nagar and PS Defence Colony.
2. Certified copies of FIRs registered based on these complaints, with full annexures and witness statements.
3. Certified copies of GD entries made at both PS Defence Colony and CAW Cell Lajpat Nagar regarding these complaints.
4. Certified copies of all notices issued to me, my father, brother, mother, and sisters (married/unmarried) regarding appearance or submission of documents.
5. Certified copies of preliminary inquiry notes and observations by IOs at CAW Cell Lajpat Nagar (including SI Ritu Singh) and PS Defence Colony (SI Manoj Kumar).
6. Certified copies of mediation proceedings conducted between Jan 2024 – June 2025 and remarks of mediators.
7. Certified copies of communications sent by IO/SHO to ACP South East / DCP South / SDM regarding verification of allegations.
8. Certified copies of all written defenses, affidavits, and submissions provided by me and my family members.
9. Certified copies of any legal notices, emails, or WhatsApp correspondence reviewed by CAW Cell or PS Defence Colony during inquiry.
10. Certified copies of CCTV verification, witness statements, and independent evidence collected to verify or disprove allegations.
11. Certified copies of departmental circulars on mandatory verification before recommending FIR under IPC 498A/Dowry Prohibition Act/POCSO.
12. Certified copies of all file notings, instructions, and orders passed by IOs, SHO, ACP, DCP, and SDM regarding these complaints.
13. Certified copies of any departmental inquiries, vigilance reports, or disciplinary actions related to mishandling or negligence in these complaints.
14. Certified copies of steps taken for protection of me and my family against intimidation, threats, or harassment by complainant’s relatives.
15. Certified copies of all communications with CAW Cell HQ regarding handling of complaints, investigation timelines, or closure recommendations.
16. Certified copies of any internal reports on misuse of 498A, POCSO, or Dowry complaints against men in matrimonial disputes.

20. Certified copies of all recommendations by IOs or higher authorities regarding corrective measures, FIR registration, or closure of complaints.
21. Certified copies of complaints filed by me reporting blackmail/extortion by complainant’s relatives.
22. Certified copies of communication between CAW Cell Lajpat Nagar and PS Defence Colony regarding coordination and follow-up actions.
23. Certified copies of departmental or administrative actions taken from Jan 2024 – June 2025 to prevent misuse of matrimonial laws against men.
24. Certified copies of all file notes, communications, and instructions related to multiple matrimonial complaints against me and my family.
25. Certified copies of any protection advisories, police presence, or monitoring measures implemented.
26. Certified copies of correspondence with ACP, DCP, SDM, and other authorities regarding verification of facts, protection, and closure recommendations.

35. Certified copies of actions or inactions recorded against IOs for delay, negligence, or mishandling of evidence.
36. Certified copies of advisories issued to complainants’ relatives regarding harassment, blackmail, or false complaints.
