Subject: Request for certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding fraudulent mutation, forged sale deed, land grab, inaction or collusion by PS Shalimar Bagh, PS Pitampura, MCD North Zone, and Revenue officials involving NRI property located at Sector 14, Rohini, North Delhi.

I, Mr. Arjun Malhotra, son of Mr. Sunil Malhotra, resident of Flat No. 1008, Tower A, Green Residency, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi – 110088, currently residing in Dubai, UAE, seek certified information regarding fraudulent activities concerning my ancestral property located at Plot No. 102, Sector 14, Rohini, North Delhi. Between Jan 2024 – June 2025, the property was illegally mutated, and forged sale deeds were registered in favor of unknown parties. Complaints lodged with PS Shalimar Bagh, PS Pitampura, MCD North Zone, and Revenue Department remain unresolved, with evidence of collusion or negligence.

Certified information requested under RTI Act, 2005 on the following points (all meaningful, realistic, and educational):

  1. Certified copies of my written complaints dated 05.01.2025, 18.02.2025, and 10.04.2025 lodged at PS Shalimar Bagh and PS Pitampura regarding Plot No. 102.
  2. Certified copies of GD entries related to these complaints at both police stations.
  3. Certified copies of FIRs registered (if any) regarding fraudulent mutation and forged sale deeds.
  4. Certified copies of preliminary investigation notes by IOs at PS Shalimar Bagh and PS Pitampura, including SI Rakesh Mehra and SI Neha Singh.
