Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding illegal possession, forged rent agreement, and tenant fraud complaint lodged at PS Laxmi Nagar by undersigned against tenant Mr. Amit Khurana and his wife Mrs. Pooja Khurana.
Details of Complaint:
I, the undersigned, rented my property 2nd Floor, B-62, Shakarpur, Laxmi Nagar to Mr. Amit Khurana in April 2024 for 11 months under a rent agreement duly notarized. Despite expiry of tenancy in March 2025, the tenants refused to vacate the premises. Instead, they forged an extension agreement with fake notary stamps and produced fabricated receipts to claim continuous tenancy. They also threatened me and my family with false allegations of molestation by my son when I demanded possession. Complaint dated 18 January 2025 was filed at PS Laxmi Nagar, and DD entry No. 189 was made. FIR No. 54/2025 was later registered under IPC sections 420, 467, 468, 471, and 506.

Kindly provide certified copies / information on the following points under RTI Act, 2005:
- Certified copy of FIR No. 54/2025 registered at PS Laxmi Nagar along with annexures.
- Certified copy of my complaint dated 18.01.2025 with DD entry number 189.
- Name, designation, and mobile number of IO handling this case.
- Certified copy of forged rent agreement seized by police.
- Certified copy of forensic report from FSL Rohini regarding fake notary stamp/signatures.
