Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mrs. Neha Suri, resident of Flat No. 207, Ashoka Niketan Apartments, Vivek Vihar Phase-II, Delhi – 110095, lodged Complaint No. 143/2025 on 11th May 2025 at CAW Cell Vivek Vihar against my husband Mr. Kunal Suri and his parents for persistent dowry harassment since my marriage in 2021 and for siphoning off my fixed deposits and gold ornaments.

Despite submitting bank account statements, FD encashment details worth ₹14 lakhs, and receipts of jewelry handed over at marriage, the IO SI Praveen Kaushik failed to take any action. Instead, repeated pressure was put on me during counseling sessions to “compromise and adjust,” while the accused family continues to enjoy my assets illegally.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 143/2025 dated 11.05.2025 along with annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of counseling session notes, IO diary entries, and file notings by SI Praveen Kaushik.
3. Certified copy of bank account statements and FD encashment proofs submitted by me.
4. Certified copy of list of stridhan articles/jewelry submitted at the time of complaint.
5. Certified copy of any written response or statement given by accused Mr. Kunal Suri or his family.
6. Reasons on record for not registering FIR under IPC Sections 498A (cruelty), 406 (criminal breach of trust), and 420 (cheating).
7. Number of matrimonial complaints involving dowry harassment received at CAW Cell Vivek Vihar in 2024 and 2025 (till May 2025) and number of FIRs registered.
8. Certified copy of ACP CAW Cell Vivek Vihar’s remarks on Complaint No. 143/2025.
