Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Mr. Ramesh Bhandari, resident of Flat No. A-17, Pocket 3, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi – 110088, lodged Complaint No. 201/2025 on 5th June 2025 at PS Shalimar Bagh regarding illegal occupation of my rented property (Flat No. A-12, Pocket 3, Shalimar Bagh) by tenant Mr. Suraj Gupta.
The tenant stopped paying rent since October 2024 and forcibly changed the locks of the flat in April 2025. Despite my repeated visits and producing rent agreement, electricity bills, and rent receipts, the IO HC Vinod Yadav refused to file FIR and told me to “approach the civil court.” Meanwhile, the tenant has allegedly sublet part of the flat to outsiders without my consent.
Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:
- Certified copy of Complaint No. 201/2025 dated 05.06.2025 along with annexures submitted by me.
- Certified copy of rent agreement, rent receipts, and electricity bill copies taken on record by PS Shalimar Bagh.
- Certified copy of statements recorded from tenant Mr. Suraj Gupta and outsiders occupying the property.
- Certified copy of IO diary notes, daily diary entries, and notings made by HC Vinod Yadav on my complaint.
- Reasons on record for not registering FIR under IPC Sections 420 (cheating), 448 (trespass), and 406 (criminal breach of trust).
- Certified copy of SHO Shalimar Bagh’s approval/disapproval notes on my complaint.
- Total number of illegal tenant/property trespass complaints received in PS Shalimar Bagh in 2024 and 2025 (till June 2025), and FIRs registered in such cases.
- Certified copy of ACP, North-West District’s remarks on Complaint No. 201/2025.
