Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mrs. Neha Malhotra, daughter of Mr. Rajesh Malhotra, resident of B-45, Vasant Enclave, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi – 110057, filed Complaint No. 88/2025 on 2nd April 2025 at CAW Cell, Vasant Vihar against my husband Mr. Anuj Sethi (holding Canadian PR), who abandoned me in February 2025 after taking heavy dowry in marriage solemnized in December 2023.

Despite submitting evidence including wedding photos, WhatsApp chats, air tickets, and jewellery invoices, the IO W/SI Meenakshi Sharma has failed to initiate FIR and instead keeps calling for “family counseling sessions” where my in-laws openly threaten me. The CAW Cell appears to be shielding the accused by delaying action.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 88/2025 dated 02.04.2025 along with annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copies of evidence annexed by me (wedding photographs, jewellery bills, WhatsApp chats, Canada travel documents) as recorded in the complaint file.
3. Certified copy of the written statement of accused Mr. Anuj Sethi and his parents recorded at CAW Cell Vasant Vihar.
4. Certified copy of IO diary entries and daily diary notes by W/SI Meenakshi Sharma from 02.04.2025 till date.
5. Certified copy of SHO Vasant Vihar’s approval/disapproval for registration of FIR under Sections 498A/406/420 IPC and Dowry Prohibition Act.
6. Certified copy of ACP, South-West District’s remarks on my complaint file.
7. Number of matrimonial complaints received at CAW Cell Vasant Vihar in 2024 and 2025 (till April 2025), and number of FIRs registered under Sections 498A/406 IPC.
8. Certified copy of counseling session notes conducted between me and accused family in April 2025.
