Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 119/2025 dated 14.03.2025 about fraudulent GPA sale of ancestral property

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Pradeep Kumar, son of Late Sh. Gopal Kumar, resident of 22/15, Krishna Nagar, Delhi – 110051, lodged Complaint No. 119/2025 dated 14th March 2025 at PS Geeta Colony against my cousin Mr. Ajay Kumar, who in collusion with property dealers has executed a fraudulent GPA (General Power of Attorney) and sold my ancestral property at Geeta Colony, Block 13 to third parties.

Despite providing certified property papers, death certificate of my late father, and proof of illegal GPA registration at Sub-Registrar Seelampur, no FIR has been registered till date. The SHO and IO keep deferring action under influence of local property mafia.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 119/2025 dated 14.03.2025 filed by me along with annexures.
2. Certified copy of IO diary entries and DD (daily diary) entries made in relation to this complaint between 14.03.2025 and 20.04.2025.
3. Certified copy of communication between PS Geeta Colony and Sub-Registrar Seelampur regarding GPA verification of property at Block 13, Geeta Colony.
4. Certified copy of statements recorded of accused Ajay Kumar and property dealer Santosh Sharma.
5. Certified copy of reasons recorded in writing for non-registration of FIR under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC.
6. Certified copy of SHO’s report forwarded to ACP Gandhi Nagar regarding my complaint file.
7. Details of complaints related to fraudulent GPA/property sales received in PS Geeta Colony during January 2024 to March 2025, along with number of FIRs registered.
8. Certified copy of vigilance/disciplinary complaints received against investigating officers of PS Geeta Colony for shielding property mafias during 2024–2025.
