Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 57/2025 dated 05.05.2025 and false counter-complaint filed by in-laws

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mrs. Shalini Arora, wife of Mr. Rohit Arora, resident of D-122, East of Kailash, New Delhi – 110065, filed Complaint No. 57/2025 on 5th May 2025 at CAW Cell Amar Colony against my husband and in-laws under Sections 498A/406 IPC for dowry harassment, domestic violence, and unlawful demand of ₹15 lakhs.

On 12.05.2025, instead of addressing my genuine complaint, my in-laws filed a false counter-complaint at the same CAW Cell accusing me and my family of “mental harassment” and “false allegations.” This appears to be a deliberate attempt to dilute my complaint and pressurize me into compromise. Despite my repeated requests, the IO SI Priya Bhardwaj has failed to provide me certified copies of the counter-complaint or action taken.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of my original Complaint No. 57/2025 dated 05.05.2025 with all annexures (marriage certificate, medical records, jewellery bills, etc.).
2. Certified copy of the false counter-complaint filed by my in-laws on 12.05.2025 at CAW Cell Amar Colony.
3. Certified copies of statements recorded by CAW Cell officers from both sides in May 2025.
4. Certified copy of IO diary entries maintained by SI Priya Bhardwaj between 05.05.2025 and 20.05.2025.
5. Certified copy of SHO Amar Colony’s recommendation/remarks regarding registration of FIR in my case.
6. Details of all matrimonial complaints filed at CAW Cell Amar Colony between Jan–May 2025, and how many of them had counter-complaints filed by opposite parties.
7. Certified copy of ACP South-East District’s monitoring notes on my complaint file.
8. Details of any departmental inquiry initiated against IOs of CAW Cell Amar Colony for mishandling matrimonial disputes during 2024–2025.
