Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 72/2025 dated 10.04.2025 about illegal construction and encroachment

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Vinod Khanna, son of Late Sh. Om Prakash Khanna, resident of BN-94, West Shalimar Bagh, Delhi – 110088, lodged Complaint No. 72/2025 dated 10th April 2025 at PS Shalimar Bagh against my cousins Rajeev Khanna and Sanjay Khanna, who have illegally encroached upon common passage and raised unauthorized construction on our jointly owned property at BN Block, West Shalimar Bagh.

Despite submitting photographs, MCD notices, and property papers, the IO ASI Rakesh Tiwari has not taken any legal action under Sections 420/448/471 IPC. Instead, the accused continue construction openly with support from local property dealers.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 72/2025 dated 10.04.2025 along with annexures (photographs, property papers, MCD notices).
2. Certified copy of daily diary (DD) entries made in PS Shalimar Bagh regarding my complaint between 10.04.2025 and 22.04.2025.
3. Certified copy of statements recorded of accused Rajeev Khanna and Sanjay Khanna.
4. Certified copy of site inspection report prepared by IO ASI Rakesh Tiwari regarding illegal construction at BN Block, West Shalimar Bagh.
5. Certified copy of communication between PS Shalimar Bagh and MCD (North) regarding unauthorized construction on disputed property.
6. Certified copy of SHO Shalimar Bagh’s recommendation/remarks for FIR registration under IPC sections related to property encroachment.
7. Details of number of property-related complaints of encroachment received at PS Shalimar Bagh between Jan–Apr 2025 and how many were converted into FIRs.
8. Certified copy of vigilance complaints received against IOs of PS Shalimar Bagh for colluding with property mafia during 2024–2025.
