Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 119/2025 dated 14.04.2025 on fraudulent GPA sale of property

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Rajesh Malhotra, resident of House No. C-72, Gali No. 4, Jagatpuri, Krishna Nagar, Delhi – 110051, lodged Complaint No. 119/2025 on 14th April 2025 at PS Krishna Nagar regarding illegal GPA-based sale of my ancestral property at House No. C-74, Jagatpuri by fraudulent means.

Accused Mr. Devinder Sharma (a relative) forged my late father’s signatures and used a fake GPA (General Power of Attorney) allegedly notarized in 2023 to sell the house to an outsider builder. Despite submitting original title deeds, municipal records, and handwriting comparison reports, the IO HC Manoj Kumar refused to register an FIR, stating that it is a “civil matter.” The builder has already started demolition work at the disputed property with heavy machinery.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 119/2025 dated 14.04.2025 with all annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of the alleged GPA document produced by accused Mr. Devinder Sharma.
3. Certified copy of verification report of the notary whose seal/signature was used on the alleged GPA.
4. Certified copy of original title deeds, municipal records, and handwriting expert opinion submitted by me.
5. Certified copy of SHO Krishna Nagar’s reasons for not registering FIR despite clear evidence of forgery and fraud.
6. Total number of property fraud cases registered in PS Krishna Nagar in 2024 and 2025 (till April 2025).
7. Certified copy of ACP, East District’s remarks on Complaint No. 119/2025.
