Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mrs. Pooja Narula, resident of Flat No. 304, Pearl Residency, Sector-24, Rohini, Delhi – 110085, lodged Complaint No. 078/2025 on 12th March 2025 at CAW Cell, Rohini against my husband Mr. Anil Narula and his family for continuous mental and physical harassment since 2022.

On 10th March 2025, I came to know through social media and neighborhood sources that my husband solemnized a second marriage at a banquet hall in Pitampura while still being legally wedded to me. Despite submitting proof including wedding photographs, WhatsApp chats, and witness names, the IO SI Nidhi Chauhan has delayed FIR registration and advised me to “settle the matter mutually.”

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 078/2025 dated 12.03.2025 along with annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of inquiry notes, diary entries, and recommendations prepared by IO SI Nidhi Chauhan.
3. Certified copy of proofs submitted by me regarding second marriage (photos, chats, witness list).
4. Certified copy of any statement taken from the accused Mr. Anil Narula or his family by CAW Cell Rohini.
5. Reasons on record for not registering FIR under IPC Sections 494 (bigamy), 498A (cruelty), and 406 (criminal breach of trust).
6. Number of matrimonial complaints involving bigamy received by CAW Cell Rohini in 2024 and 2025 (till March 2025) and number of FIRs registered out of them.
7. Certified copy of supervisory remarks of ACP, CAW Cell Rohini, on my complaint.
