Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Sanjay Mehra, resident of House No. 88, Beadonpura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi – 110005, lodged Complaint No. 042/2025 on 9th February 2025 at PS Karol Bagh against M/s Kapoor Constructions and their associates for illegally occupying and demolishing a part of my ancestral property located at House No. 90, Beadonpura, Karol Bagh.

Despite producing original ownership deeds (registered in 1987), photographs of demolition work, and written testimonies from neighbors, IO ASI Rajender Singh marked the complaint as a “civil matter” and refused to file an FIR. The builder mafia continues construction work with impunity, and threats have been issued to me and my family when we resisted.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 042/2025 dated 09.02.2025 along with annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of inquiry reports, diary entries, and notes prepared by IO ASI Rajender Singh.
3. Certified copy of demolition photographs, video evidence, and witness statements submitted by me.
4. Certified copy of documents submitted by M/s Kapoor Constructions claiming ownership of House No. 90, Beadonpura.
5. Certified copy of SHO Karol Bagh’s reasons for treating the matter as civil despite prima facie evidence of criminal trespass and demolition.
6. Total number of property fraud/encroachment complaints received at PS Karol Bagh in 2024 and 2025 (till February 2025), and number of FIRs registered.
7. Certified copy of supervisory remarks of ACP, Central District, on Complaint No. 042/2025.
