Subject: Request for certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding false dowry harassment complaint and malicious POCSO allegation filed against husband and his family by wife and her relatives, handled at CAW Cell Nanakpura between Jan 2025 – Aug 2025.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Harsh Mehta, son of Mr. Rajeev Mehta, resident of H-42, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi – 110027, seek certified information regarding false allegations filed by my estranged wife Ms. Radhika Sharma and her family members. In March 2025, she filed a dowry harassment complaint, and later, her brother filed a false POCSO case against me and my younger cousin alleging molestation of his minor daughter. The complaint is being inquired at CAW Cell Nanakpura, yet despite several written submissions and documentary evidence provided by me, no fair investigation has been conducted.

The following detailed information is sought under the RTI Act, 2005 for transparency, accountability, and protection of my constitutional rights:

1. Certified copy of the dowry harassment complaint filed by Ms. Radhika Sharma at CAW Cell Nanakpura in March 2025.
2. Certified copy of the subsequent POCSO-related complaint lodged by her brother, Mr. Suresh Sharma, and registered at CAW Cell Nanakpura.
3. Certified copies of GD entries, FIRs, or inquiry notes prepared on both complaints.
4. Certified copy of statements recorded from me, my parents, my sister (Ms. Pooja Mehta), and my bhabhi (Mrs. Nidhi Mehta).
5. Certified copy of all statements recorded from the complainant’s family members.
