I, Mr. Raghav Verma, son of Mr. Sanjay Verma, resident of Flat No. 1203, Tower B, Kings Court, Sector 7, Rohini, Delhi – 110085, currently residing in London, UK, submit this RTI to obtain certified information regarding the following serious matters concerning my ancestral property located at Plot No. 88, Sector 18, Rohini, Delhi:
In March 2025, I discovered that my property was illegally mutated and a forged sale deed was registered in favor of unknown parties without my consent. Complaints lodged with PS Rohini West and concerned Revenue & MCD officials have not resulted in FIR registration or corrective action. There appears to be collusion or negligence on part of PS Rohini West officials and MCD/Revenue officers.
Certified information is requested under RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:
- Certified copy of my written complaint dated 12.03.2025 lodged at PS Rohini West regarding fraudulent registry.
- Certified copy of all GD entries made at PS Rohini West related to the property complaint.
- Certified copy of preliminary investigation notes by IO SI Manish Singh and remarks of SHO PS Rohini West.
- Certified copy of all communications between PS Rohini West and MCD (North Zone) regarding mutation of Plot No. 88.
- Certified copy of correspondence with Revenue Department, North District, regarding verification of property ownership.
- Certified copy of all filed documents and proofs submitted by me to verify my ownership of Plot No. 88.
- Certified copy of all notings and file remarks recorded by PS Rohini West and higher authorities.
