Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding complaint against M/s GreenHeights Builders Pvt. Ltd. for delay in possession, fraudulent registry, and collusion of police officials at PS Kalkaji.

Background:
I, the undersigned, booked a 2BHK flat in GreenHeights Residency Project, Kalkaji Extension in May 2021. Despite full payment of ₹65 lakhs by July 2023, neither possession nor registry has been handed over. Instead, in January 2025, I discovered that the same flat was fraudulently registered in the name of another buyer using forged documents. Despite repeated complaints, PS Kalkaji has failed to act against the builder and his agents.

Information Sought:

  1. Certified copy of my written complaint dated 20.01.2025 acknowledged by PS Kalkaji.
  2. Certified copy of GD/DD entry made in PS Kalkaji on receipt of this complaint.
  3. Provide details of FIR registered on my complaint; if not registered, reasons for refusal with certified noting.
  4. Certified copy of builder’s reply submitted to PS Kalkaji regarding allegations.
  5. Certified copy of documents submitted by builder to justify second registry of same flat.
  6. Provide details of police verification of those documents – date, officer name, designation.
  7. Certified copy of IO’s inquiry report in this case till 15.02.2025.
  8. Certified copy of site inspection report and photographs taken by IO at GreenHeights Residency Project.
  9. Provide details whether Sub-Registrar Kalkaji was informed of fraudulent double registry.
  10. Certified copy of correspondence between PS Kalkaji and Sub-Registrar Kalkaji.
  11. Provide details of steps taken to summon builder’s directors for interrogation.
  12. Certified copy of builder’s balance sheet / ROC details obtained by police.
