Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding complaint filed against me and my family under Sections 498A/406 IPC and Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, and role of PS Vasant Kunj North in alleged biased handling of the case.

Background:
I, the undersigned, am facing false and fabricated allegations of dowry harassment, domestic violence, and criminal breach of trust filed by my estranged wife, Mrs. Priya Arora, with support from her family, to extort huge money through settlement. Despite presenting evidence of innocence, PS Vasant Kunj North has failed to take unbiased action, leading to harassment of me and my family. I hereby seek the following information under RTI Act, 2005.

Information Sought:

  1. Certified copy of written complaint dated 10.08.2025 filed by Mrs. Priya Arora against me and my family.
  2. Certified copy of GD/DD entry corresponding to the said complaint at PS Vasant Kunj North.
  3. Provide details of FIR registration on the complaint; if no FIR registered, provide reasons in writing with certified noting.
  4. Certified copy of all statements of complainant recorded under Section 161 CrPC.
  5. Certified copy of statement of complainant recorded before Magistrate under Section 164 CrPC, if any.
  6. Provide details of enquiry officer appointed to examine the complaint, with designation and contact details.
  7. Certified copy of preliminary enquiry report prepared by PS Vasant Kunj North in this case.
  8. Provide details whether any mediation/conciliation proceedings were ordered; if yes, certified copy of mediation notice.
  9. Certified copy of all summons/warrants issued to me and my family from PS Vasant Kunj North in this case.
  10. Certified copy of medical examination report of complainant (MLC) allegedly showing domestic violence injuries.
