Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding inaction of PS Preet Vihar and connected authorities in property fraud case involving forged sale deed and land grabbing conspiracy.

Background:
I, the undersigned, am the lawful owner of property bearing B-105, Radhey Puri Extension, Preet Vihar, East Delhi. Fraudsters namely Mr. Vinod Malhotra and associates, in collusion with local property dealers, have forged sale deeds in 2025 and attempted to sell my property without my knowledge. Despite repeated complaints to PS Preet Vihar and District Courts, no proper action has been taken. I seek the following information under RTI Act, 2005.

Information Sought:

  1. Certified copy of my complaint dated 02.07.2025 lodged at PS Preet Vihar regarding property fraud.
  2. Certified copy of GD/DD entry number corresponding to my said complaint.
  3. Provide certified copy of FIR registered on my complaint; if no FIR, reasons for non-registration in writing.
  4. Certified copy of all statements of accused persons recorded by police till date.
  5. Certified copy of seizure memo of forged sale deed produced by fraudsters.
  6. Provide certified copy of handwriting/forensic expert’s report on disputed signatures.
  7. Certified copy of police verification of Sub-Registrar’s record regarding sale deed.
  8. Provide certified copy of communication made to Sub-Registrar Vivek Vihar about cancellation of fraudulent deed.
  9. Certified copy of acknowledgment of Sub-Registrar’s office on my objection application.
  10. Provide certified copy of status report filed by PS Preet Vihar before Karkardooma Court in this matter.
  11. Certified copy of noting sheet of IO recommending/not recommending registration of FIR.

  53. Certified copy of threats complaint lodged by me against accused’s goons.

  55. Certified copy of DD entry showing beat officer’s visit after threats incident.
  56. Provide certified copy of my letter dated 05.09.2025 demanding FIR registration.
  57. Certified copy of reply given by SHO Preet Vihar on that letter.
  58. Provide certified copy of disciplinary complaints filed against SHO for dereliction of duty.
  59. Certified copy of departmental vigilance reply on same complaints.
  60. Provide certified copy of case diary entries maintained by IO from July–September 2025.
  61. Certified copy of builder-family style agreement forcibly shown to me by accused at police station.
  62. Provide certified copy of police noting rejecting/accepting that agreement.
  63. Certified copy of Delhi Police property fraud cell contacts shared with me.
  64. Provide certified copy of all communications sent to Registrar of Cooperative Societies regarding this matter.
  65. Certified copy of internal circular regarding verification of property documents before civil disputes.

Relief Sought:
I request certified, true, and legible copies of the above information/documents under RTI Act, 2005. If denied, specific reasons under relevant sections of the Act must be provided in writing.
