Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding false complaint filed against me and my family under Sections 498A/406 IPC by my estranged wife and biased action by PS Model Town.

Background:
I, the undersigned, am a victim of false dowry harassment and breach of trust allegations leveled by my wife, Mrs. Kavita Bansal, and her family in August 2025. These allegations are fabricated with the sole aim of extorting a huge settlement. Despite my cooperation, PS Model Town officials have acted in a biased manner against me, my elderly parents, and my unmarried sister. I seek the following detailed information under RTI Act, 2005.

Information Sought:

  1. Certified copy of written complaint dated 11.08.2025 filed by Mrs. Kavita Bansal against me and my family.
  2. Certified copy of GD/DD entry made by PS Model Town on receiving the above complaint.
  3. Certified copy of FIR registered, if any, in relation to the complaint.
  4. Provide certified reasons in writing if FIR was not registered immediately.
  5. Certified copy of all statements of complainant recorded under Section 161 CrPC.
  6. Certified copy of complainant’s statement before Magistrate under Section 164 CrPC, if recorded.
  7. Provide details of IO (Investigation Officer) appointed in this case with designation.
  8. Certified copy of enquiry report prepared by IO in this matter.
  9. Certified copy of notice issued under Section 41A CrPC to me and my family members.
