Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding illegal possession, benami transactions, mutation irregularities, and police inaction in relation to my disputed property at Kalkaji.

Background:
I am the lawful owner of property bearing No. B-102, Kalkaji Extension, New Delhi, purchased in 2012 through registered sale deed. In June 2025, certain persons have forcibly taken possession of the said property by creating fabricated documents and with connivance of local police officials. Despite complaints, no effective action has been taken. I seek the following detailed information under RTI Act, 2005 from both Delhi Police and Revenue Authorities.

Information Sought:

  1. Certified copy of my written complaint dated 15.06.2025 lodged at PS Kalkaji regarding illegal possession.
  2. Certified copy of DD entry/GD register entry regarding the above complaint.
  3. Certified copy of FIR registered, if any, on my complaint.
  4. Certified copy of reasons recorded for non-registration of FIR, if FIR not registered.
  5. Certified copy of SHO’s remarks on my complaint.
  6. Provide certified copy of IO’s enquiry report regarding illegal possession.
  7. Certified copy of statements of alleged trespassers recorded by police.
