Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding false POCSO/ molestation allegations lodged by tenant’s wife and inaction/bias of PS Vasant Vihar in 2025.

Background:
I am the owner of F-12, Shivalik Apartments, Vasant Vihar. In August 2025, the wife of my tenant lodged false POCSO/ molestation and extortion allegations against me and my family with intent to harass and extort. Despite my cooperation and proof of innocence, PS Vasant Vihar has taken biased action, causing severe harassment. I seek the following information under RTI Act, 2005.

Information Sought:

  1. Certified copy of complaint dated 12.08.2025 filed by Mrs. Tanya Kapoor (tenant’s wife).
  2. Certified copy of GD/DD entry made at PS Vasant Vihar for the complaint.
  3. Certified copy of FIR registered in this matter.
  4. If no FIR registered, provide certified reasons with IO/SHO noting.
  5. Certified copy of statements of complainant recorded under Section 161 CrPC.
  6. Certified copy of statements recorded before Magistrate under Section 164 CrPC.
  7. Provide certified copy of IO assigned for investigation with designation and contact details.
  8. Certified copy of preliminary enquiry report by IO.
  9. Certified copy of site inspection report of the apartment.
  10. Provide certified copy of CCTV footage from F-12 apartment for 10–12 August 2025.
  11. Certified copy of my statement recorded at PS Vasant Vihar.
