Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding unauthorized construction, encroachment, land mafia involvement, and delayed police action at Dwarka, South-West Delhi.

Background:
I am the owner of D-56, Sector-10, Dwarka, New Delhi. Since July 2025, adjacent plots and neighboring flats have been subject to unauthorized construction by private parties allegedly backed by local land mafia. Despite my repeated complaints to PS Dwarka and DDA, no effective action has been taken. I seek the following detailed information under RTI Act, 2005 from Delhi Police and DDA/Revenue Authorities.

Information Sought:

  1. Certified copy of written complaint dated 10.07.2025 lodged at PS Dwarka regarding unauthorized construction.
  2. Certified copy of GD/DD entry corresponding to my complaint.
  3. Certified copy of FIR registered in the matter, if any.
  4. If no FIR, provide certified reasons in writing from IO/SHO.
  5. Certified copy of IO’s preliminary enquiry report.
  6. Certified copy of statements recorded from accused builders/contractors.
  7. Certified copy of my statement and family members’ statements.
  8. Provide certified copy of photographs taken during inspection by police.
  9. Certified copy of site inspection report of D-56 and neighboring plots.
  10. Certified copy of building plan submitted by accused for alleged construction.
  11. Certified copy of approval/rejection report by DDA regarding construction plans.

  56. Provide certified copy of action taken in all 2025 complaints on unauthorized construction.
  57. Certified copy of all property tax irregularity reports for the accused plots.
  58. Provide certified copy of Supreme Court/High Court guidelines on land grabbing enforcement.
  59. Certified copy of any notifications issued by Delhi Govt to DDA/Revenue Dept regarding Dwarka sector illegal constructions.
  60. Provide certified copy of builder-family style settlement drafts forcibly shown by accused.
  61. Certified copy of police noting rejecting such settlement drafts.
  62. Provide certified copy of departmental vigilance reports on PS Dwarka action in property cases (2024–25).
  63. Certified copy of DCP South-West review report on PS Dwarka performance in land/property disputes.
  64. Provide certified copy of police/Revenue Dept joint meetings and minutes regarding illegal construction.
  65. Certified copy of all records maintained by PS Dwarka on this property dispute till date.
  66. Provide certified copy of action plan on coordination between PS Dwarka and Revenue authorities for enforcement.

Relief Sought:
I request certified, true, and legible copies of the above information/documents under RTI Act, 2005. If denied, specific reasons under relevant sections of the Act must be provided in writing.
