Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding false 498A/406 IPC and extortion allegations filed by my NRI wife, Mrs. Priya Malhotra, and biased action by PS South Extension in 2025.

Background:
I, the undersigned, am a victim of false harassment claims filed by my NRI wife, including allegations of dowry harassment, breach of trust, and financial extortion since August 2025. The PS South Extension officials have acted in a biased manner, harassing my parents and married brother. I seek the following detailed information under RTI Act, 2005.
