Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding illegal land sale, forged property documents, and inaction by PS Rohini and Revenue authorities in 2025.

Background:
I am the lawful owner of Plot No. L-76, Sector-18, Rohini, New Delhi, purchased in 2015 via registered sale deed. In May 2025, unauthorized parties attempted to transfer/encroach this property using forged documents. Despite repeated complaints to PS Rohini and SDM/RD offices, no effective action has been taken. I request the following information under RTI Act, 2005.

Information Sought:

  1. Certified copy of my written complaint dated 12.05.2025 lodged at PS Rohini regarding illegal sale and forgery.
  2. Certified copy of GD/DD entry corresponding to this complaint.
  3. Certified copy of FIR registered in connection with illegal transfer or forgery.
  4. If FIR not registered, provide certified reasons by IO/SHO.
  5. Certified copy of SHO’s noting on refusal or delay in action.
  6. Provide certified copy of IO assigned for investigation with designation and contact details.
  7. Certified copy of preliminary enquiry report by IO.
  8. Certified copy of statements of alleged illegal buyers recorded by police.
  9. Certified copy of my statement recorded at PS Rohini.
  10. Certified copy of my family members’ statements (father, brother, uncle) regarding ownership verification.
  11. Certified copy of verification of property documents submitted by alleged illegal buyers.
  12. Certified copy of inspection report by IO at Plot L-76.
