Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding false molestation/extortion allegations filed by Mrs. Ritu Sharma (neighboring tenant’s wife) and biased action by PS Pitampura in 2025.

Background:
I am the owner of F-88, Sector-11, Pitampura, New Delhi. In September 2025, Mrs. Ritu Sharma, wife of my neighboring tenant, filed false allegations of molestation and extortion against me and my family. PS Pitampura officers acted in a biased manner, causing undue harassment to me and my father, brother, and married sister-in-law. I request the following information under RTI Act, 2005.

Information Sought:

1. Certified copy of complaint dated 12.09.2025 filed by Mrs. Ritu Sharma.
2. Certified copy of GD/DD entry corresponding to the complaint at PS Pitampura.
3. Certified copy of FIR registered under relevant IPC sections, if any.
4. If FIR not registered, provide certified reasons in writing from IO/SHO.
