Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding illegal subdivision, land grabbing, encroachment, and police inaction at Kalyanpuri, East Delhi.
Background:
I am the registered owner of Plot No. E-56, Krishna Nagar, Kalyanpuri, East Delhi. Since March 2025, unauthorized parties have attempted to subdivide and illegally transfer portions of my property using forged documents. Despite repeated complaints to PS Kalyanpuri and DDA/Revenue authorities, no effective action has been taken. I seek the following detailed information under RTI Act, 2005.
Information Sought:
- Certified copy of complaint dated 10.03.2025 lodged at PS Kalyanpuri regarding illegal plot subdivision and land grabbing.
- Certified copy of GD/DD entry corresponding to this complaint.
- Certified copy of FIR registered in the matter, if any.
- If no FIR, provide certified reasons in writing from IO/SHO.
- Certified copy of IO assigned for investigation with designation and contact details.
- Certified copy of preliminary enquiry report by IO.
- Certified copy of statements of alleged illegal buyers/plot holders recorded by police.
