Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding false POCSO/rape allegations filed by Mrs. Sanya Kapoor (tenant’s wife) and biased action by PS Janakpuri in 2025.

Background:
I am the owner of D-15, Block C, Janakpuri, New Delhi. In September 2025, Mrs. Sanya Kapoor, wife of a paying guest/tenant residing in my property, filed false allegations of POCSO and molestation against me and my family. PS Janakpuri officers acted in a biased manner, harassing my father, brother, and married sister-in-law. I request the following information under RTI Act, 2005.

Information Sought:

1. Certified copy of complaint dated 15.09.2025 filed by Mrs. Sanya Kapoor.
2. Certified copy of GD/DD entry corresponding to the complaint at PS Janakpuri.
3. Certified copy of FIR registered under POCSO, IPC Sections 375/354/506, if any.
4. If FIR not registered, provide certified reasons in writing from IO/SHO.
