Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding illegal encroachment, forged sale deeds, and police/Revenue inaction at Sangam Vihar, South Delhi in 2025.

Background:
I am the registered owner of Plot No. SV-42, Sangam Vihar, South Delhi. Since April 2025, unauthorized parties attempted to encroach and transfer my property using forged sale deeds. Despite complaints to PS Sangam Vihar and Revenue/SDM offices, no action has been taken. I seek the following information under RTI Act, 2005.

Information Sought:

1. Certified copy of complaint dated 15.04.2025 lodged at PS Sangam Vihar regarding illegal encroachment and forgery.
2. Certified copy of GD/DD entry corresponding to the complaint.
3. Certified copy of FIR registered in this matter, if any.
4. If FIR not registered, provide certified reasons in writing from IO/SHO.
5. Certified copy of IO assigned for investigation with designation and contact details.
6. Certified copy of preliminary enquiry report by IO.
7. Certified copy of statements of alleged encroachers recorded by police.
8. Certified copy of my statement recorded at PS Sangam Vihar.
9. Certified copy of statements of my father, brother, and other family members regarding ownership verification.
