MEN CELL DELHI: हर Matrimonial Dispute Cruelty नहीं! Delhi High Court ने Dowry Case में Relatives को दी राहत

Delhi High Court का महत्वपूर्ण Legal Observation: 1 October 2026 के फैसले में Court ने कहा कि matrimonial home में होने वाला हर insensitive या objectionable act अपने-आप statutory cruelty नहीं बन जाता। Poonam Tanwar मामले में Court ने ससुराल के उन relatives की discharge बरकरार रखी जिनके खिलाफ specific individual roles स्पष्ट नहीं थे। Court ने यह भी कहा कि Section 406 IPC के लिए केवल यह कहना पर्याप्त नहीं कि jewellery या सामान परिवार के पास था—specific entrustment और जिम्मेदारी के facts जरूरी हैं।
