Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Ms. Priyanka Kapoor, resident of Flat No. 304, Surya Vihar, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi – 110092, filed a complaint at CAW Cell, Krishna Nagar (Diary No. 215/2025) on 5th June 2025 against my husband Mr. Rakesh Kapoor and his relatives for dowry harassment, verbal and physical abuse, and illegal seizure of personal property. Despite submission of marriage certificate, medical reports, photographs, and witness statements, no FIR has been issued and no written updates have been provided. I appeared on 15.06.2025 and 30.06.2025, but only verbal notes were recorded without any official documentation.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 215/2025 dated 05.06.2025 along with all annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of attendance register showing my appearances on 15.06.2025 and 30.06.2025.
3. Certified copy of all inquiry notings, diary entries, and steps recorded by IO ASI Meena Singh.
4. Certified copy of recommendations made by CAW Cell Krishna Nagar regarding FIR registration or reasons for delay.
5. Total number of matrimonial harassment complaints received at CAW Cell, Krishna Nagar during 2024 and 2025 (till June 2025), and number disposed within 60 days.
6. Certified copy of internal guidelines or circulars issued to ensure time-bound handling of complaints.
7. Certified copy of supervisory review by ACP CAW Cell (East District) related to Complaint No. 215/2025.
