I, Mr. Sameer Verma, resident of House No. 21A, GTB Enclave (Colony), New Delhi – 110009, filed a complaint at Model Town Police Station (Diary No. 78/2025) on 10th April 2025 regarding illegal encroachment of a vacant plot owned by me at Plot No. 22, GTB Enclave by unknown individuals. Despite submission of property documents, photographs of encroachment, and neighbors’ statements, no FIR has been registered and no inspection or action has been taken by the police to date.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 78/2025 dated 10.04.2025 along with all annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of daily diary entries, notings, and inquiry steps recorded by IO SI Rajeev Kumar.
3. Reasons recorded in writing for non-registration of FIR and inaction on the encroachment complaint.
4. Certified copy of correspondence made with MCD / Revenue Department regarding encroachment verification.
5. Certified copy of supervisory notes or instructions by ACP/SHO regarding Complaint No. 78/2025.
6. Total number of encroachment/property complaint cases received at Model Town Police Station in 2024 and 2025 (till April 2025) and number of FIRs registered.
7. Certified copy of rules/guidelines followed by Model Town Police Station for investigation and follow-up of property encroachment complaints.
