Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Ms. Kavita Sharma, resident of House No. 88B, Lajpat Nagar Extension, New Delhi – 110024, filed a complaint (Diary No. 196/2025) on 3rd May 2025 at CAW Cell, Amar Colony against my husband Mr. Rohit Sharma and in-laws for matrimonial harassment and illegal seizure of personal property. Despite submitting copies of marriage certificate, joint bank account statements, photographs of the property, and witness statements, no FIR has been registered, and I have received no written updates on the inquiry.

Under the RTI Act, 2005, kindly provide certified information on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 196/2025 dated 03.05.2025 along with all annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of attendance register showing my appearance on 15.05.2025 and 28.05.2025 at CAW Cell, Amar Colony.
3. Certified copy of all notings, diary entries, and inquiry steps recorded by IO ASI Sunita Rao in relation to this complaint.
4. Certified copy of recommendations made by CAW Cell Amar Colony regarding FIR registration or reasons for non-registration.
5. Total number of matrimonial harassment complaints received at CAW Cell Amar Colony in 2024 and 2025 (till May 2025) and the number disposed within 60 days.
6. Certified copy of internal guidelines or SOPs of CAW Cell Amar Colony for time-bound investigation and updates to complainants.
7. Certified copy of supervisory reviews by ACP CAW Cell (South-East Delhi) related to Complaint No. 196/2025.
