I, Mr. Vinay Kapoor, resident of Flat No. 12B, West Patel Nagar (Colony), New Delhi – 110008, filed a written complaint at Karol Bagh Police Station (Diary No. 221/2025) on 12th March 2025 regarding illegal construction carried out by M/s Shree Ganesh Builders at adjacent property Plot No. 15, West Patel Nagar. Despite providing photographs, approved layout documents, and neighbors’ statements confirming violation of sanctioned plans, no FIR has been registered nor any inspection conducted till date.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 221/2025 dated 12.03.2025 along with submitted documents (photographs, layouts, statements).
2. Certified copy of daily diary entries and inquiry notings recorded by IO SI Anurag Singh regarding this complaint.
3. Certified copy of correspondence, if any, made with MCD / Delhi Development Authority regarding inspection of the property.
4. Reasons recorded in writing for non-registration of FIR against M/s Shree Ganesh Builders.
5. Certified copy of supervisory notes by ACP / SHO of Karol Bagh Police Station regarding compliance with Complaint No. 221/2025.
6. Number of complaints regarding illegal construction received at Karol Bagh Police Station in 2024 and 2025 (till March 2025), and number of FIRs registered.
7. Certified copy of rules/guidelines followed by Karol Bagh Police Station for investigation of illegal construction/property encroachment complaints.
