Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding complaint no. 345/2022 filed at CAW Cell Nanakpura

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Rajesh Kumar, resident of H-45, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi – 110024, had been called to the CAW Cell, Nanakpura on multiple occasions in relation to Complaint No. 345/2022 filed by my wife Mrs. Neha Sharma on 12th August 2022. Despite providing documentary proof that the allegations made against me and my family are false and fabricated, no inquiry report has been given to me till date.

Kindly provide the following information under the RTI Act, 2005:

  1. Certified copy of my wife’s complaint dated 12.08.2022 filed at CAW Cell, Nanakpura.
  2. Certified copy of inquiry proceedings/notings conducted by the Investigating Officer, SI Anita Singh, in the matter of Complaint No. 345/2022.
  3. Details of number of times both parties were called to the CAW Cell along with certified copies of attendance records.
  4. Certified copy of the final inquiry report prepared in this matter, if any.
  5. Details of rules/guidelines followed by CAW Cell for investigation of matrimonial disputes where allegations appear to be false.
  6. Certified copy of action taken on my written reply dated 05.09.2022 (acknowledgment no. 287/2022) submitted with documentary evidence disproving the allegations.
  7. Information on whether FIR has been recommended in this case. If yes, provide certified copy of such recommendation; if no, provide reasons recorded in writing.
