Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding inaction on Complaint No. 1287/2021 of illegal property possession

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Sunil Verma, resident of C-214, Kalkaji Extension, New Delhi – 110019, lodged a written complaint on 10th October 2021 at Kalkaji Police Station (Diary No. 452/2021) against my cousin Mr. Anil Verma, who illegally occupied my property situated at C-214 (First Floor), Kalkaji Extension. Despite attaching copies of my sale deed, electricity bill, and property tax receipt, no FIR has been registered and no police action has been taken till date.

Kindly provide the following information under the RTI Act, 2005:

  1. Certified copy of the Daily Diary (DD) entry regarding my complaint dated 10.10.2021 (Diary No. 452/2021).
  2. Details of investigation conducted by the IO, SI Rakesh Yadav, in this matter.
  3. Reasons recorded in writing for not registering FIR against Mr. Anil Verma despite clear evidence of illegal possession.
  4. Certified copy of rules/circulars followed by Delhi Police while dealing with property possession/encroachment complaints.
  5. Certified copy of correspondence, if any, made with higher authorities (ACP Kalkaji / DCP South-East) regarding my complaint.
  6. Details of property possession/encroachment complaints received at Kalkaji Police Station in the last 3 years along with their disposal status (FIR registered / pending / disposed).
  7. Certified copy of vigilance/disciplinary action taken against officers of Kalkaji Police Station for ignoring or delaying property dispute complaints.
