Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Rohit Malhotra, resident of 48/12, Shakti Nagar, Delhi – 110007, am Respondent in Matrimonial Case No. 786/2021 filed by my wife Mrs. Priya Malhotra before the Hon’ble Tis Hazari Courts. In her affidavit dated 05th July 2021, she has concealed her actual employment with XYZ Pvt. Ltd., Connaught Place and has falsely declared herself as unemployed. Despite my written applications dated 10th September 2021 and 15th November 2021, no perjury proceedings have been initiated till date.

Kindly provide the following information under the RTI Act, 2005:

1. Certified copy of affidavit dated 05.07.2021 filed by Mrs. Priya Malhotra in Matrimonial Case No. 786/2021.
2. Certified copy of my written applications dated 10.09.2021 and 15.11.2021 seeking perjury action.
3. Certified copy of notings/orders passed by the Hon’ble Court on my applications for initiating perjury proceedings.
4. Certified copy of rules/circulars issued by Delhi District Courts regarding initiation of perjury proceedings in matrimonial disputes.
5. Details of perjury complaints filed in Tis Hazari Courts in matrimonial cases during the last 3 years and their disposal status.
6. Name and designation of court official responsible for maintaining records of perjury complaints in matrimonial matters.
7. Certified copy of communications, if any, made to higher authorities regarding this case.
