Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Arun Khanna, resident of Flat No. 67, Sector-3, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110078, am the complainant in Property Case No. 452/2020 filed against illegal construction and encroachment by Mr. Rajesh Sharma, my relative, on my property located at Flat No. 67A, Sector-3, Dwarka.

On 15th September 2021, the Hon’ble Dwarka Court directed the SHO, Bindapur Police Station, to ensure removal of illegal construction and protect my lawful possession. However, till date no compliance has been made despite repeated visits to the police station and written reminders dated 01st October 2021 and 10th November 2021.

Kindly provide the following information under the RTI Act, 2005:

1. Certified copy of court’s compliance report submitted by Bindapur Police Station in Case No. 452/2020.
2. Certified copy of DD entry and action taken report by the then SHO, Bindapur, on court’s directions dated 15.09.2021.
3. Reasons recorded for non-execution of court orders despite specific judicial directions.
4. Certified copy of any correspondence made between Bindapur Police Station and higher police authorities (ACP Dwarka / DCP South-West) regarding this order.
5. Certified copy of rules/circulars regarding execution of court orders in property matters.
6. Details of similar property-related court orders received in Bindapur Police Station during the last 3 years along with their compliance status.
7. Name and designation of the police officer responsible for monitoring court order compliance in Dwarka District.
