Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Ms. Ritu Verma, resident of Flat No. 405, Sainik Enclave, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi – 110088, filed a complaint at CAW Cell, Shalimar Bagh (Diary No. 158/2025) on 8th July 2025 against my husband Mr. Amit Verma and his relatives for dowry harassment, threats, and illegal retention of jewelry and personal property. Despite submission of the marriage certificate, witness statements, and photographs, no FIR has been registered, and no written updates or inquiry reports have been provided. I appeared for inquiry on 20.07.2025 and 03.08.2025, but only verbal notes were recorded without documentation.

Under the RTI Act, 2005, kindly provide certified information on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 158/2025 dated 08.07.2025 along with all annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of attendance register showing my appearances on 20.07.2025 and 03.08.2025.
3. Certified copy of all inquiry notings, diary entries, and steps recorded by IO ASI Rekha Singh.
4. Certified copy of recommendations made by CAW Cell Shalimar Bagh regarding FIR registration or reasons for delay.
5. Total number of matrimonial harassment complaints received at CAW Cell, Shalimar Bagh in 2024 and 2025 (till July 2025), and number disposed within 60 days.
6. Certified copy of internal guidelines or circulars for time-bound handling of complaints.
7. Certified copy of supervisory review by ACP CAW Cell (North-West Delhi) related to Complaint No. 158/2025.
