I, Mr. Suresh Malhotra, resident of House No. 18, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi – 110008, filed a complaint at Patel Nagar Police Station (Diary No. 97/2025) on 12th August 2025 regarding illegal modification and expansion of the neighboring property at House No. 20, West Patel Nagar without approval from MCD/NDMC. Despite submission of property documents, photographs of construction, and witness statements from neighbors, no FIR or inspection has been conducted by the police.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 97/2025 dated 12.08.2025 and all annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of diary entries, inquiry notings, and steps recorded by IO SI Ramesh Kumar.
3. Certified copy of reasons recorded for non-registration of FIR.
4. Certified copy of correspondence, if any, with MCD / Revenue Department regarding verification of illegal construction.
5. Certified copy of supervisory notes or instructions by ACP/SHO regarding Complaint No. 97/2025.
6. Total number of illegal construction/property modification complaints received at Patel Nagar Police Station in 2024 and 2025 (till August 2025) and number of FIRs registered.
7. Certified copy of rules/guidelines followed by Patel Nagar Police Station for investigation and follow-up of property-related complaints.
