Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 529/2025 dated 18.12.2025 about illegal commercial construction on my residential plot.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Anil Malhotra, son of Mr. R.K. Malhotra, resident of Plot No. 44, Pocket B, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi – 110092, lodged Complaint No. 529/2025 on 18th December 2025 at PS Laxmi Nagar regarding unauthorized commercial construction on my residential plot by Mr. Sunil Arora and associates.

The accused obtained forged No Objection Certificates and started constructing a commercial shop and office on a plot designated as residential. Despite submitting registry papers, DDA mutation records, and photographs to IO ASI Rakesh Kumar on 19.12.2025, no FIR or action has been recorded. Local beat staff regularly visit the site along with the accused, allowing the illegal activity to continue.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 529/2025 dated 18.12.2025 along with all annexures (registry papers, DDA mutation records, photographs).
2. Certified copy of GD (General Diary) entries made on 18.12.2025 and subsequent dates regarding my complaint.
3. Certified copy of IO diary entries maintained by ASI Rakesh Kumar regarding site inspection and investigation.
4. Certified copy of SHO Laxmi Nagar’s file noting or remarks regarding FIR registration.
5. Certified copy of ACP East District’s directions, if any, regarding my complaint.
6. Certified copy of any site inspection report, no-objection verification, or correspondence with DDA regarding Plot No. 44, Pocket B, Laxmi Nagar.
7. Number of complaints in 2024–2025 till December 2025 at PS Laxmi Nagar concerning unauthorized commercial construction on residential plots, and FIRs registered.
8. Certified copy of vigilance/disciplinary complaints against officers of PS Laxmi Nagar in 2024–2025 for inaction or bias in property disputes.
