Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 477/2025 dated 02.12.2025 about dowry harassment and inaction by police.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mrs. Sneha Verma, wife of Mr. Rohan Verma, resident of House No. 22, Block F, Amar Colony, Delhi – 110025, lodged Complaint No. 477/2025 on 2nd December 2025 at CAW Cell Amar Colony regarding repeated dowry harassment, physical threats, and illegal withholding of personal documents by my in-laws.

Despite multiple written complaints to W/SI Sunita Yadav and repeated requests for intervention, no FIR has been registered as of 15.12.2025. On several occasions, the IO advised me to “settle the matter within family,” showing apparent bias and failure to protect my legal rights.

I have supporting documents including WhatsApp chat screenshots, photographs of threats, and written notices issued by family members. These documents were submitted on 05.12.2025 to the IO, yet no action has been recorded.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 477/2025 dated 02.12.2025 along with all annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of my written follow-up submissions dated 05.12.2025 and 10.12.2025.
3. Certified copy of IO diary entries maintained by W/SI Sunita Yadav between 02.12.2025 and 15.12.2025.
4. Certified copy of SHO Amar Colony’s remarks or file noting regarding my complaint.
5. Certified copy of ACP South-East District’s directions, if any, regarding my complaint.
6. Details of matrimonial complaints filed at CAW Cell Amar Colony in 2025 till December specifically related to dowry harassment, and FIR registration statistics.
7. Certified copy of vigilance/disciplinary complaints against IOs of CAW Cell Amar Colony in 2024–2025 for inaction or bias.
8. Certified copy of communication between CAW Cell Amar Colony and PS Amar Colony regarding my complaint.
