Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 412/2025 dated 05.11.2025 about illegal subdivision and resale of my residential plot.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Rajeev Kapoor, son of Late Mr. S.K. Kapoor, resident of Plot No. 56, Pocket D, Madipur, Delhi – 110063, lodged Complaint No. 412/2025 on 5th November 2025 at PS Madipur regarding illegal subdivision and unauthorized resale of my inherited residential plot by my distant cousin Mr. Anuj Kapoor and local builder Mr. Ramesh Gupta.

I submitted certified copies of my father’s will, property registry papers, and mutation records to the IO ASI Mukesh Yadav on 06.11.2025. Despite this, no FIR has been registered and construction continues on subdivided plots sold without my consent. Neighbors have confirmed that local police beat staff are regularly visiting the site with builders, allowing illegal resale and construction.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 412/2025 dated 05.11.2025 with annexures (will, registry papers, mutation records).
2. Certified copy of GD (General Diary) entries made on 05.11.2025 and subsequent dates regarding my complaint.
3. Certified copy of IO diary entries maintained by ASI Mukesh Yadav regarding the investigation.
4. Certified copy of SHO Madipur’s recommendations or remarks regarding registration of FIR under IPC Sections 420/467/468/471/120B.
5. Certified copy of site inspection report, if any, prepared by beat staff or SHO regarding Plot No. 56, Pocket D, Madipur.
6. Certified copy of correspondence between PS Madipur and ACP West District regarding this case.
7. Number of property-related complaints received at PS Madipur in 2024–2025 (till November 2025) concerning unauthorized resale/subdivision and FIRs registered.
8. Certified copy of vigilance/disciplinary complaints against officers of PS Madipur in 2024–2025 for inaction in property dispute cases.
